New in vcita: Scheduler and Packages

Empower your clients to boost revenues with two powerful updates from vcita. The improved scheduler makes it easier for site visitors to book and pay for services. The new Packages feature enables your clients to earn revenue on packages of services. Both are available in the vcita app via Duda’s App store.

Scheduler: Freshly designed and easier to use

vcita’s freshly designed online scheduler makes it easier and faster to get discovered, booked and paid by clients.
The interface is easier to read, more modern, and speeds up the process of booking services directly from the site. For more about setting up
scheduler, see this.

Scheduler is available with all vcita plans.

Packages: A new way to keep cash flowing

Use vcita’s new Packages feature to bundle multiple services and sell them as a single package. This allows your clients to collect more money up-front and offer discounts for multiple services purchased at the same time.

The Packages feature is available with vcita Business plans and higher.

Ideas for Packages your clients could offer

  • Designers: Bundle a logo and website design into a single package instead of two separate services.
  • Personal trainers: Bundle 10 classes into a single package and sell it at a discounted rate per class. (Packages also come with an expiration date, so trainers can set a time frame for redeeming all of the classes.)
  • Photographers: Sell both engagement and wedding photos in a single package.

After site visitors buy a package, they’ll be able to book all the services in that package at their convenience (and within the expiration date set by your client). vcita will recognize when they have package credits and redeem them automatically.

Packages are a win-win feature for your client and their customers. Your client gets more money up-front for services offered; their customers get a discount (if your client chooses to include one) and don’t have to worry about paying every time they book a service.

For more about Packages, see this article from vcita. To set up a Package, open the vcita app on your site, go to Settings > Coupons and Packages > Add Packages and follow the instructions.

To add vcita to any of your sites, or to discover Duda's other powerful and secure app offerings, open the editor and click App Store in the side panel.
