Client Billing, the Duda solution for charging clients both for Duda sites and for any other services you sell, gets two new and important capabilities that will allow your agency to get more done in less time. Ready? Here we go.
When setting up a new payment request in Client Billing, one of the steps to complete it is to set up customized emails your client will receive right after they pay (or after they don’t).
The customized email setup section is now a lot simpler. Using simple toggle-switches, along with intuitive collapse and expand cards per email, you and your agency now have more control over which emails are sent after a client pays - all in one place. Until now, all emails were sent automatically. Now you get to decide what best suits your business.
Part of the recent Client Billing update is the option to send clients a receipt email. This means you can easily turn this email’s sending on or off and edit its content within minutes. And once this email is set up and active, that’s it - the sending will happen automatically upon payment, right from the Duda platform. This allows your agency to focus on its business, and save precious operation time.
Instead of heading over to Stripe to create a new product or service you're selling (along with its corresponding pricing and billing cycle), now you can do all of that right from the Duda platform, in Client Billing. This is a major time saver that lets you set up and manage all the things you want to include in your payment request - in a single place.
Add a tax rate, too
This is another cool Client Billing update that saves you time: add a tax rate right from the payment request page. Choose between standard tax types like VAT and Sales tax, or create a custom one to suit your needs. Once you create a tax rate, it will become an available option in future payment requests so all you have to do is select an item from a dropdown list and that’s it.
