We’ve released Site Contacts, a new feature now available in your Site Overview, where you can see a list of all the identifiable visitors who had a store interaction with your site.
Having access to customer data and information gives businesses a lot of sales and marketing power. And when it comes to selling online, such data is absolutely crucial.
The new Site Contacts capability lets your clients unlock this very data, so they can better understand what their customers are doing, what they’ve purchased, who are the loyal ones that keep coming back, and an overall understanding of customers’ satisfaction with the store or site.
The goal of Site Contacts is to help your clients build the right relationships with and nurture retention of identifiable site visitors or customers from the very beginning. Think of it like a mini-CRM for your clients, giving them the power to know and act immediately upon customers’ interactions with their store.
Currently, you can see a list of identifiable visitors who placed a purchase on the site. Soon we’ll add more actions like visitors who logged in, submitted a form and more, to help your client build a long-lasting relationship with customers right from the get-go.
To access your Site Contacts, go to your Site List page, and choose the Site Overview option in the site’s actions menu. Once the Site Overview opens, you’ll see the Contacts tab on the left bar.
