We’re happy to announce a series of improvements we’ve made to Dynamic Pages and Duda’s Internal Collections, including linking to a dynamic page, reordering Collection columns, duplicating a Collection, setting rows’ visibility and more.
Collections are the key ingredient required for building a site that contains multiple pages with the same structure and design, but different content on each page, like:
Collections are datasets that you can create, save and manage in the Content Library, and use them to generate Dynamic Pages. This is a powerful productivity booster because it allows you to generate multiple pages from a Collection, thereby dramatically speeding up the process of creating and updating multiple pages at once. Collections can be internal or external (External Collections are available with the Custom plan, and connected through an API).
To give an example, let’s imagine you’re building a cooking site for a client that lists lots of recipes. All recipe pages have the same page layout, the same structure - everything’s the same. The only difference is the actual recipe on each page. So each row in that site’s connected Collection represents a unique recipe that gets its own Dynamic page. And whenever you update your internal Collection, it automatically updates the relevant Dynamic page associated with that Collection’s row.
So what’s new in Collections and Dynamic Pages? Here are the updates:
We’ve added the option to set a link to a specific Dynamic or store page in the native store (product or category). So now when you use the link picker, you’ll see a newly added option, Dynamic or Store page, depending on what your site includes. Simply choose your Collection as well as the relevant item and you’re good to go. You can use this option anywhere in the platform that allows linking, including when building your own navigation.
Now you can quickly and easily make changes to your Collections in the Content Library. Drag & drop columns to reorder them, click to duplicate the entire Collection, and even duplicate rows.
We’ve added the option to set one or more Collection rows to Show or Hide, giving you instant and easy control over the visibility of certain Dynamic Pages in your site.
For example, let’s say you’ve built a real estate listing site for a client, and one of the properties for sale is currently under contract. Now your client wants to temporarily hide that property. Instead of deleting that row, now you can simply set to hide it with a single click, which will instantly hide it from your live site. And if the property ends up going back on the market, you simply set that row’s visibility back to
Show. Easy-peasy.
Showing and hiding Collection rows affects both Dynamic Pages and repeater widgets like the Photo Gallery, Accordion, List and others.

We’ve also increased the Collection row limit to 500, to make sure you have everything you need to build dataset-based sites for your clients.
